Through programs in sports and wellness, as well as opportunities to find a place they belong, we’re helping them become the best version of themselves.

The YMCA offers a Young Adult membership as well as Adult memberships where parents can add dependents up to age 23. A YMCA Young Adult membership is for ages 14 - 28. This allows teens and young adults to use the YMCA wellness floor. However, some group exercise classes are limited to ages 16 and older. Of course, all YMCA members are required to abide by YMCA rules and our Code of Conduct.
The YMCA offers more than 100 group fitness classes each month across our 19 locations. Teens can check out classes on our schedule. We also offer small group training classes, for a fee, including teen-specific classes like Speed, Agility and Quickness and certain weight-lifting classes
Most YMCA team sports leagues go up to U15 including soccer and basketball. Most YMCAs also offer pick-up times for basketball and volleyball. Learn more
Our year-round, competitive swim team, YOTA, has programs up to age 18.
