Partner with the Y to help improve your employees’ health and well-being. The YMCA of the Triangle offers Partners For Healthy Living, an employee wellness program with multiple options.
Employees receive 25% off the joining fee when companies promote the YMCA to their employees. This option requires a minimum of 10 memberships.
When companies allow the YMCA to come into their place of business to promote our programs and memberships, employees will receive 50% off the joining fee. There will be a minimum of one on-site visit per year. Additional visits, awareness sessions and lunch and learns may be provided.
There will be no joining fee for companies who subsidize employee memberships at a minimum of $10/month.
Companies may also customize YMCA programs and services. Packages can be created to meet the needs and goals of your organization and employees.
