Youth Programs
We offer Before and After School programs, Summer Day Camps, Track Out Camps, Teacher Workday Care Days, and Youth Sports, like soccer, basketball and tee-ball, along with Swim Lessons for all ages. Y members receive a discount on programs too.
Fitness Classes
We offer hundreds of fitness classes every week across our locations. Strength training, conditioning, cycle, Les Mills, Zumba, Step and Yoga. And all new members are invited to our Getting Started program - a personalized orientation of our wellness floor and classes.
Kid Zone
How does free child care while you work out sound? We offer up to 2-hours per day of complimentary child care while you work out for infants up to age 12. Each location has play areas, programs and outside time (weather permitting). Times may vary per location.
