Membership & Reservations Required
Reservations open 48 hours before each class or court or lap lane start time and are available until class starts or until all spaces are filled. There’s no fee to sign up. You will be asked to scan your YMCA membership card at the branch.
Reservations are required for classes, court times, and lap lanes. Members of the same household may use the same lap lane during their reserved time, either through designated single or shared lanes on our web/app schedules:
- Lap Lane | Single Lane: You only need to reserve your single lane (up to two 30-minute increments per reserving user) under one person's name on our website or in our mobile app
- Lap Lane | Shared Lane: If a household intends to utilize a shared lane, they must secure two concurrent reservations under two unique logins.
We ask that if our members cannot attend a previously reserved class, court time or lap lane, you cancel your booking. You can reference these screenshots if you need assistance.
App and Schedule Notifications
Once you create an account, the app and scheduling system will use the email you provided to send you notifications about your reservations and cancellations. If you are not receiving these notifications, please check your spam folders and also ensure you provided us with an accurate, current email address you can check.
Your password reset instructions will be sent to the email address provided. If you are not receiving password reset instructions, please get in touch with our Customer Service Center at 919-719-9989.
