Whether you're looking to get back on the court or want to take up a new hobby, adult basketball at the YMCA is a fun way to stay active and enjoy teamwork.
Several of our YMCA locations offer men's, women's and co-ed adult basketball leagues in the spring and fall. Leagues can be recreational or competitive. There are also opportunities for pick-up basketball at many of the branches.
Pickup Basketball
Pickup Basketball is available at many of the branches throughout the Triangle. Check the schedules webpage for days and times.
The Kerr Family YMCA has pick-up play Mon./Wed./Fri. 5 - 8 a.m., Tue./Thu. 7:15 - 9 p.m. and Sat. 7 - 11* a.m. (*ends at 9:30 a.m. during youth league seasons)
The Northwest Cary YMCA has members-only pick-up Basketball on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays.
The Taylor Family Y now offers Women's Adult Pickup Basketball in Gym 1 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon – 2 p.m. beginning Tues., Nov. 7.
