Group Fitness Classes: THRIVE

THRIVE Classes at the YMCA

YMCA THRIVE classes are similar to fitness classes and they are adapted and structured for those who need a lower-impact, slower-paced fitness class. THRIVE classes may be movement-based, like Tai Chi or Yoga, or may use a chair or other assistance for strength and conditioning workouts. No matter your age, it's important to build and maintain strength, balance and mobility.
