Looking for a more personalized approach to starting your fitness journey? Start Strong is a multiple-week program* offered to all new YMCA Members. During this small group training, you'll work with a Wellness Coach and be introduced to different aspects of fitness.

You'll be able to explore different types of workouts, set goals, and become familiar with your space all in a supportive group setting. The goal of Start Strong is to equip you to make the best decision about what your fitness journey will look like.

Beginning in the spring, YMCA members will be able to sign up for Start Strong through our mobile app.

*Branches may offer either a 2- or 4-week program option. Availability varies by branch. Contact your branch for information.
