Take advantage of our unique START STRONG series designed to help you develop a personalized fitness plan and drive results. Challenge yourself with fun workouts and bond with others who share your passion for pursuing a healthier lifestyle. Enjoy small-group sessions for new members that are led by a wellness coach. Set goals, participate in learning sessions and work up a good sweat through a cardio work out and weight training.
The class is free to members. Participants must sign up at the Welcome Desk. Complete the series and earn a $20 YMCA program voucher good toward the purchase of other Y programs.
