Looking for a more personalized approach to starting your fitness journey? Start Strong is a 2- or 4-week* program offered to all new YMCA Members. During this small group training, you'll work with a Wellness Coach and be introduced to different aspects of fitness.
You'll be able to explore different types of workouts, set goals, participate in learning sessions and work up a good sweat through a cardio workout and weight training. The goal of Start Strong is to equip you to make the best decision about what your fitness journey will look like.
Once you complete the program, you'll receive a YMCA STRONG T-shirt. The program meets once a week and there is no charge.
