Small Group Training Sessions are led by a certified personal trainer and each session focuses on a specialized format such as strength training, endurance, or core. Participants will use ropes, kettlebells, bars, TRX equipment and more encouraging individual progression and skill development.

A variety of classes and times are offered throughout the Association.

Women on Weights

A five-week training program designed by women, for women! This class is led by a certified personal trainer that teaches proper technique, safety and etiquette for weight training. Small class sizes provide one-on-one attention and a comfortable environment for participants to learn at their own pace.

Women on Weights 2

W.O.W. 2 takes the initial introductory W.O.W. class to the next level with additional weight lifting exercises and new exposure to resistance training equipment.
PREREQUISITE REQUIRED: attendance at a previous W.O.W. level 1 class.

Advanced Powerlifting

Join our Certified USA Powerlifting Coach for a 5-week course on proper form and program planning for the three major lifts: squat, bench press and deadlift. This small group training will help you improve your lifting technique and workout plan for maximal strength results. This course is tailored for members with prior experience with strength training.

Senior Quality of Life

Come join us for an all-around approach to ensure the highest quality of life in older age in this small group training. We will touch on many topics generally to make sure you are doing the right kind of workouts, activity, stretching, and more in order to best position yourself and your body for senior living.

Core Training

A five-week training program to target core muscles to help you get stronger. Each week's progression will work to stabilize and generate power within these muscle groups.

Complete Conditioning

This small group is a multilevel workout that targets all of the major muscle groups. We will focus on increasing strength, increasing heart rate and decreasing body fat.

Breath Work and Moving Meditation for Women's Vitality and Health

This small group program is a special 5-week Qigong series. In Qigong, we utilize gentle movements, breathing exercises, visualizations, and meditations as a form of self healing and preventative healthcare. In this series, we will focus specifically on Women’s Health, including reproductive health, hormone balancing, emotional release, & nervous system regulation. All stages and ages welcome.

Intermediate Powerlifting

This 5-week program provides a more personalized approach for individuals with some experience with the big three lifts (squat, deadlift, and bench). Work alongside a weightlifting coach to increase strength, perfect form, and meet other lifters!

Weight Training for Teens 

Open to teens ages 13 - 17, this small group training program provides foundations and guidance for teens looking to start weightlifting, or simply improve upon their skills and knowledge. All levels are welcome!

Metabolic Fit 

Get lean and strong with high-intensity interval training that will enhance metabolism while improving your overall fitness level. Sessions will include exercises from the Queenax Functional training system, along with rowers, weights and other equipment to give you the best workout you’ll ever have.

Strength, Agility and Quickness (SAQ)

Strength, Agility and Quickness (SAQ), for ages 11 - 17 years, focuses on helping participants to become better, stronger athletes. This training is full of drills and exercises. This is a free, ongoing training program designed to help athletes achieve their fitness goals.

Women's Barbell Club

Join Personal Trainer Pamela Formyduval to break down and progress the deadlift, squat, bench and hip thrust in the weight room. This small group training meets once per week in Studio X and barbell experience with these lifts is required.  This training will run in a 12-week program format. Blatz Burner Boot Camp

Circuit class with 15-minute increments of cycling and strength training for an all-in-one cardio and strength workout. Torch calories and increase your metabolic rate. This training will incorporate goal setting and nutrition guidance.
