We know how hard it can be to develop new workout habits. In fact, some studies show it takes about eight weeks to develop a workout routine that sticks.

The YMCA is here to help with our 8 Weeks to a Better You new member challenge. 

Visit the YMCA at least two times a week during your first eight weeks of membership, and the YMCA will reward you with prizes. 

Take a walk on our indoor track, hit a high-intensity spin class or strike a pose in Yoga. We've got lap swim lanes, group fitness classes, free weights, workout machines and a supportive, welcoming staff to help you establish your new workout habits and routines. 

Scan in at any YMCA of the Triangle location at least two times a week for your first four weeks and receive a YMCA water bottle.

Scan in at least two times a week for the first eight weeks and receive a cool Y T-shirt.
