Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less

Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less informs, empowers, and motivates participants to live mindfully as they make choices about healthy eating and physical activity. It is an evidence-based 15-week, online weight management program developed by university and public health experts.

Real-time, interactive, weekly sessions include personalized support and resources. Live wellness instructors help you with strategies that are proven to work. This program was created to emphasize small changes and to motivate you to make healthy choices.

A new series begins each month, except July, November and December). Lunchtime and evening classes are available.

Participants attend classes from a computer in an online, real-time format with a live instructor. Classes are not recorded and participants attend class on the same day/ time each week.
