"Tri" something fun!
Take on a fun and challenging fitness experience at the Alexander Y Indoor Triathlon! This annual event invites participants of all levels to swim, bike, and run in a supportive, energetic environment. The triathlon includes:
- 250-yard swim in our heated pool
- 10-mile indoor bike ride on stationary bikes
- 2-mile treadmill run
Whether you’re looking to push your personal limits, cheer on fellow members or simply enjoy a day of fitness and camaraderie, the Indoor Triathlon offers something for everyone. Participants can join solo or as part of a group, making it a great opportunity to connect with others while celebrating health and wellness.
If you're new to participating in a Triathlon or want some extra support, sign up for the four-week long Indoor Triathlon Prep Series. Participants will meet weekly on Fridays from 6 - 7 p.m. in the cycle studio or pool. This will run from January 30 through February 20.
