North Carolina Adapted Sports is proud to host Adapted Sports Day at the Poole YMCA and Lake Benson on Saturday, April 18. This free, community-wide event celebrates inclusive, active living by giving individuals with disabilities the opportunity to experience adapted sports, connect with local organizations serving the disability community in the Triangle and discover ways to stay active year-round.
