Starting January 2026, we’re reserving Monday–Friday, 4–7 p.m. exclusively for YMCA of the Triangle members and their guests.*
Outside these hours, we’ll continue to welcome visiting members from other Ys. You can find our full branch hours on the homepage.
YMCA policy requires that nationwide members who visit YMCA of the Triangle branches (including Chapel Hill–Carrboro) for more than half of their visits in a month or more join the branch they use most often. Our membership team and the Y’s Customer Success Center are happy to help with any questions or transfers.
