Make a difference through YMCA Leaders Club, a leadership development, community service program that helps teens discover their full potential. It is a safe place where teens can come and simply be themselves.
Leaders Club is a year-long, leadership development program for middle and high school teens. This program provides teens with extensive leadership training and volunteer opportunities that support YMCA programs and services to the community. In addition to teaching teens leadership through service, Leaders Clubs advisors introduce teens to all the work the Y does to strengthen the community, and inspires and prepares teens to become future Y leaders.

WHAT IS LEADERS CLUB?
Leaders Club (LC) is a nation wide program that helps teens discover their full potential as leaders. It is a safe place where teens from all over the area can come and be themselves. Our goal is to challenge teens to grow in who they are, serve their community and lead those around them. We have weekly meetings, service opportunities and social events. Throughout the year our teens can attend optional weekend trips (some at an additional cost) and service projects.
WHAT HAPPENS AT A WEEKLY MEETING?
At our weekly meetings we learn and talk about different things related to leadership, service and topics relevant to the life of a teenager. Team building, life skills and personal development are some example topics that meetings may be based around. We also have time for fun and to socialize with other LC members.
WHEN DOES LEADERS CLUB OCCUR?
Leaders Club runs from mid-September through the end of April at the Northwest Cary YMCA.
Middle School Leaders Club Teens grades 6-8, Mondays 6:15-7:15 p.m.
High School Leaders Club Teens grades 9-12, Mondays 7:30-8:30 p.m.

Middle School Leaders Club Dues Bundle: $353 (Member) & $409 (Participant)
Pricing includes all weekly meetings, staff support and supplies plus two events, Middle School Madness and Leaders Club Spring Rally
High School Leaders Club Dues Bundle: $402 (Member) & $458 (Participant)
Pricing includes all weekly meetings, staff support and supplies plus two events, Midnighter and Leaders Club Spring Rally.
