Camp G.R.A.C.E. Track Out

Camp G.R.A.C.E. Track Out is a program for children with Pervasive Developmental Disorders (PDD), Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other special needs. Camp G.R.A.C.E Track Out provides one-week sessions during the year-round school break for Wake County Public Schools on Track 4.

The Camp G.R.A.C.E. Track Out program is held at the Kraft Family YMCA.

Each session focuses on building specific skills, incorporating therapeutic ideas from many disciplines.

Throughout the week, children will work and play within their groups to learn new games, complete art projects, water activities and sensory integration activities, as well as character and social skills development time.

Camp G.R.A.C.E. Track Out is an application-based program. Once your application is completed, a director will reach out to you in 2-3 weeks about your child's participation. You will not be able to register for Camp G.R.A.C.E. Track Out until your application has been reviewed by a director.

Currently, Camp G.R.A.C.E Track Out is only offered for current Camp G.R.A.C.E summer day camp families.
