Camp Skyline: CILTs
Summer 2026
CILT stands for Campers in Leadership Training. Here at Camp Skyline, our teens get the fun, relational experience of camp as well as leadership skills for the future! CILTs are led by experienced staff members who serve as mentors and coaches for the summer. CILTs are involved in team-building activities, group outings and service projects. And, CILTs get to be leaders in our community of over 300 kids every week!
CILT Camp is open to teens in rising grades 9 - 10 looking for opportunities to serve and lead. CILT camp will run in two-week sessions during the summer. A $20 weekly deposit holds your child’s spot.
CILT CAMP INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
- CILTs will work in a huddle alongside a trained YMCA Camp Counselor.
- They'll spend time with their peers in team building and leadership training led by a CILT Coordinator.
- They'll participate in service projects.
- Go on weekly trips, enjoy camp activities, and have tons of fun!
