Southeast Raleigh Fellowship

Rooted. Ready. Rising.

Where Southeast Raleigh's next generation of leaders grow.

About the Fellowship

The Southeast Raleigh YMCA Teen and Young Adult Fellowship is an immersive 24-week experience that empowers a diverse group of up to 30 young leaders to explore careers, strengthen their leadership skills, and connect their purpose to impact at no cost to the participant.

Fellows gain hands-on exposure to the world of work through professional development, community engagement, and a paid internship. Participants leave the program with stronger communication and analytical skills, a deeper understanding of their personal leadership style, and a network of supportive community partners ready to champion their growth.
