Intro to Xtreme Hip Hop Step
Third Saturday of each month, 9:15 - 9:45 a.m.
This class is designed to breakdown beginner steps, vocabulary and callouts found in our Xtreme Hip Hop classes. This class is great for those brand new to exercise as well as those brand new to Xtreme Hip Hop Step and will help you feel more confident stepping into and Xtreme class.
NOTE: Xtreme Hip Hop Step is the brand name. The word “Xtreme” in the title does not mean the class is extremely hard… rather extremely fun!
Dance Fusion
Sundays, Sept. 21 & 28
This series will teach you six styles of Salsa, Afro-Latin Movement, Hip Hop and Groove Movement.
TRX HIIT
Wednesdays, 6 - 6:45 p.m.
A class with repeated bouts of short-duration, high-intensity exercise intervals intermingled with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery using the TRX strap, body weight, and other resistance & cardio equipment like rowing machines, cycle bikes, etc.
Butts & Guts
Tuesdays, 11:30 a.m. - Noon and Wednesdays, 5 - 5:30 p.m.
This lower-body sculpting class is all about strength, stability, and serious results. Butts & Guts targets the core of your powerhouse—your glutes, hamstrings, and pelvic floor—with focused exercises designed to build strength, enhance mobility, and improve muscle activation. You'll work all three major glute muscles to lift, tone, and strengthen your backside while dialing in on core control and pelvic floor engagement to support posture, balance, and total-body performance. Whether you’re building a better base for movement or just want to feel stronger from the inside out, this class delivers a solid burn and long-term benefits.
Les Mills Bodybalance Stretch
Tuesdays, 12:05 - 12:35 p.m.
This 30-minute stretch version of Les Mills Bodybalance focuses on releasing the lactic acid from muscles while bringing mobility to hips, hamstrings, quads, lower/upper back, shoulders, neck, calves, and ankles allowing your body to better recover and release tension. It’s a great class to stay for right after a strength or high-intensity format.
YOGA FLOW
Tuesdays, 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
A yoga practice that links breath to movement through a series of yoga postures that are linked together while cultivating breath, strength, endurance, and flexibility. Additional core work along with balance opportunities may be incorporated. Students are always encouraged to move at their own pace.
YOGA FLOW WITH INTEGRITY
Mondays, 7 - 7:55 a.m.
Join us for a 3-week yoga series exploring the foundational principles of the yamas and niyamas—yoga guidelines for ethical living and personal growth. Each week will highlight one concept, such as ahimsa (non-violence), santosha (contentment), or aparigraha (non-possessiveness), integrating mindful movement, breathwork, and reflection to deepen your connection on and off the mat. No prior experience with yoga philosophy is needed—just curiosity and an open heart.
