Dance Fusion
Sundays, 4 - 4:50 p.m.
This series will teach you 6 styles of Salsa, Afro-Latin Movement, Hip Hop and Groove Movement.
TRX HIIT
Wednesdays, 6 - 6:45 p.m.
A class with repeated bouts of short duration, high-intensity exercise intervals intermingled with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery using the TRX strap, body weight, and other resistance & cardio equipment like rowing machines, cycle bikes, etc.
