Join the Alexander Y's pull-up challenge from July 15 to August 15!
Do as many pull-ups as you can or choose over the 31 days and track your progress on our whiteboard on the wellness floor by writing in your name and daily total as well as your cumulative monthly total.
All types of pull-ups are welcome including overhand grip, underhand grip, wide grip, narrow grip, band-assisted, and weight-assisted.
This challenge does not require registration and is based on the honor system.
