Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is designed for the pregnant body in any phase of pregnancy. This class combines gentle stretching and strengthening, restorative poses, and breath work and vocal toning. Prenatal yoga can help alleviate many common discomforts associated with pregnancy and helps prepare the body and mind for labor and delivery, as well as postpartum.  This class provides a safe and supportive environment for all pregnant persons and offers a wonderful way to connect with other pregnant people. Appropriate  for all levels. This 6-week program is led by Instructor Sydney Klein at the Southeast Raleigh YMCA

Feb. 4 - Mar. 11 in Studio 1
Saturdays from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. 

Cost: Free (Members) or $10 per class (Participant)

All interested participants must commit to attending 4 out of the 6 classes. Space is limited and registration is required by Sat., Jan. 28.
