Learn about fraud prevention to safeguard yourself and others. Detective David Bird, CFCI, has worked with the Cary Police Department since July 2011. He started an Elder Fraud Awareness outreach program in 2020 giving presentations to the Senior Community in the Apex-Cary-Morrisville area. Although all ages are welcome, those 50 and older may benefit most from this important educational opportunity.
