"TRI" Something New This March!
March 8 the Ingram Family Y will host an indoor triathlon entirely within our facility. Our triathlon will include:
- 200-yard swim
- 10-mile bike ride
- 2-mile treadmill run
Sign up to start your race at 9 a.m. or 10:15 a.m. with 7 total competitors at each time. T-shirts will be provided.
Cost: $25 for Members; $31 or Program Participants
