Engage your body and turn consistency into confidence in the water! By swimming a small, achievable distance during the month of April, this challenge promotes healthy habits, builds endurance and helps participants feel successful in the water. Whether you’re a seasoned swimmer or just getting started, this challenge proves that a little effort each week can lead to big wins – and that staying active can be fun.
Don’t be fooled – this swim challenge is easier than you think! Participants are challenged to swim just 1 mile over the course of April. That’s about 66 laps over 30 days, or 2-3 laps per day – totally doable for swimmers of all levels!
Swim, walk or jog at your own pace, on your own schedule, during open swim or lap swim times. Track your progress throughout the month with us and celebrate your accomplishment at the finish!
This challenge is about showing up, engaging your body and having fun in the water – not speed or competition.
