Really. Just because we are non-profit doesn't mean we don't pay well. Starting wages for part-time jobs begin between $10 - $12 an hour and hard-working employees advance quickly. We are a large YMCA with many job opportunities around the Triangle.
YMCA Membership
All part-time (and full-time) employees enjoy a complimentary YMCA membership. You can workout at any facility in the Triangle. Our YMCAs have top-notch wellness floors, cardio machines, free weights, treadmills, tracks, indoor pools, outdoor pools and hundreds of group fitness classes per month.
