Wellness Floor Resurfacing
Beginning in late July, rubber sport flooring will be extended to cover where we currently have tiled surfaces on the primary wellness floor. This will expand our functional floor space and increase equipment placement flexibility as we look ahead to incoming strength equipment updates this fall.
As early as July 26, fixtures and storage equipment on or near the tiled surfaces will be removed to make way for flooring installation.
Much of the flooring installation is expected to be completed in overnight hours, beginning at the back doors and working towards the elevator side of the wellness floor.
Daytime traffic flow and access to wellness equipment is not expected to be affected.
All work is scheduled for completion by Aug. 6.
Wellness Floor Painting
Overnight painting is scheduled for Aug. 6 - 8.
Additional Transitions
The former climbing wall space will begin its transformation in late July and August, with the climbing elements coming down in preparation for a new vision for that area. More to come later this fall!
Play Pool
The outdoor play pool is currently closed, and indoor play pool hours have been expanded until that outdoor pool can resume operations.
