Youth & Government Kicks Off
And we’re off! The first full day of YAG has come, and everyone is thrilled about the weekend ahead. The next few days will be jam-packed with presenting everyone’s hard work, learning new things, and having fun. Regarding the weekend ahead, delegates are incredibly excited about Friday Fun Night, fulfilling their branch duties, and the Governor’s Gala on Saturday night.
Tonight, we’re tossing our formal wear aside and throwing on red, white, and blue for the USA-themed Friday Fun Night! Delegates are looking forward to dancing, getting to know new people, playing games, and the fun inflatables.
Mock trial delegates are excited about their attempt to advance to the all-star round while legislative delegates are eager to present their bills. Media members are excited to work hard to acknowledge everyone’s efforts. Although this includes long nights, they can be some of the most fun nights at conference for the media team!
The Valentine’s Day Governor’s Gala has everyone buzzing with excitement! Delegates are preparing for a night of celebration for all the hard work they have done at the conference. This gathering promises a fantastic opportunity to dress up in nice outfits—some featuring Valentine's Day colors—enjoy delicious food, and dance the night away to lively music.
