Drills, Games and Fun

Inclussive Lacrosse, led by Endless Sports, is specifically designed for participants with developmental and/or physical disabilities. This inclusive, co-ed lacrosse league for special needs athletes, provides a safe, positive and fun experience.

Program Details

Seasons

This clinics and programing are offered in the Spring and Fall.

What to Expect

With peer-to-peer coaching, participants learn the basic skills of lacrosse through a variety of games and drills.

What is Needed

No experience or equipment is necessary. (If you have your own lacrosse stick, feel free to bring it). Please wear athletic shoes, bring water and be prepared to have FUN!

Fall Season 2026

Friday evenings September 18 - October 16 from 6:30 - 8 p.m. on Fridays at the Northwest Cary Y.

Registration

Registration opens June 1 for YMCA members and June 15 for program participants.

Volunteer

Volunteer with the YMCA and Endless Sports to help kids with disabilities learn how to play lacrosse. If you don't know how to play either, we will teach you! No experience is necessary. Contact Scott at [email protected] for more information.

Sports Camp

YMCA Sports Summer Day Camps offer kids a full summer of basketball, soccer, flag football, baseball or a mix of all sports. Our camps focus on a different sport each week. Skill development, drills, and scrimmages are part of each week, as camp assemblies and swim time.
