Group Fitness Classes

More than 100 classes a week in Strength, Conditioning, Pilates, Yoga, Cycle, Dance, Aqua Fitness, Les Mills and more. In person and on demand.

Child Care While You Work Out

Kid Zone offers up to two hours per day of fun programs, games and activities for infants, toddlers and kids while you use the YMCA.

Youth Programs

YMCAs offer day camps, after school, youth sports, and teen leadership programs, and members save up to 20% with priority registration.

Pools and Gyms

Indoor and outdoor pools for water fitness classes, lap lane swimming and family fun. Gyms for basketball or pickleball and raquetball courts.

Access Everywhere

Your membership grants you access at any of our 19 locations in the Triangle. And the YMCA Nationwide program lets you visit YMCA across the country for no additional fees.

Pools

We have six indoor pools and 12 outdoor pools. Many outdoor pools are heated and open year-round. Most also have spray areas for younger kids and water slides for older kids.

Wellness Floors

All YMCAs are equipped with spacious workout floors with the latest in squat racks, strength machines, free weights, kettlebells, treadmills, stair climbers, bikes and more.

Group Fitness

Our variety of fitness classes sets us apart. Strength, cardio, dance, pilates, yoga and more. All included in your membership price.
