Perry Harrison Y Day Camp CILT
Summer 2024
CILT stands for Campers in Leadership Training. Here at Perry Harrison Y Day Camp, our teens get the fun, relational experience of camp as well as leadership skills for the future! CILTs are led by experienced staff members who serve as mentors and coaches for the summer. CILTs are involved in team-building activities, group outings and service projects. And, CILTs get to be leaders in our community of over 200 kids every week!
CILT Camp is open to teens in rising grades 9 - 10 who are looking for opportunities to serve and lead.
CILT CAMP INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING
Summer 2024
- CILTs will work in a huddle alongside a trained YMCA Camp Counselor
- They'll spend time with their peers in team building and leadership training led by a CILT Coordinator
- They'll participate in service projects
- Go on weekly trips, enjoy camp activities, and have tons of fun!

Our Counselors
YMCA Summer Day Camp Counselors are hired based on their enthusiasm, energy and maturity. All counselors receive training in everything from managing a group of energetic kids to basic first aid.
