The Campers in Leadership Training program (CILTs) is a character and leadership development program for teens, led by experienced staff members serving as mentors. Teens assist younger campers and participate in team building, group outings, service projects and special events. CILTs may use a portion of their camp time toward community service requirements.
The Camp Kerr CILT program is open to teens in rising grades 9 - 10. It's located at the Kerr Family YMCA (2500 Wakefield Pines Drive).
