Camp Crossroads FAQs
Rides In and Rides Out will take place in the loop behind the outdoor pool at the Kraft Family Y. If you are dropping off or picking up between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., please park and walk your child in to the Day Camp Office located up the sidewalk by the playground.
Rides In: 7 - 8:30 a.m.
A staff member will be in the carpool circle to welcome your child.
Rides Out: 4:30 - 6 p.m.
A staff member will bring your child to your car. For safety and consistency, if you are picking up after 4:30 p.m. then you will be required to go through the Rides Out line. If you walk up to the Rides Out area, staff will direct you back to your car to join the line. Parents must present a pick-up card (provided on your child’s first day of camp) or an ID as a safety precaution.
We offer a wide range of activities to engage each of our campers within their Huddles. Daily activities include swimming, athletics, arts & crafts, fishing, archery, target sports (grade 2 and up), a multitude of group games, team-building activities, assemblies and much more.
Thrill-tastic Thursdays happen each week and include opportunities to dress up based on the weekly theme. You will receive an email newsletter on the Friday afternoon before each week of camp detailing all of the special events happening that week.
Our CILTS take field trips on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Our Middle School campers take field trips on Fridays from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Camp Crossroads grades K - 5 swims on Monday and Friday.

Camp Crossroads is offering three Family Nights this summer for campers and their families to attend a special evening of camp programming and fun. See what day camp is like and meet our camp staff! You do not need to be registered for that specific week of camp to attend. We hope to see you there!
Specific dates and details will be announced in June.
Campers are asked to bring a change of clothes, a swimsuit, a towel, lunch, two snacks, and a refillable water bottle. Most campers pack everything in a backpack.
Sunscreen/insect repellent (lotions and sprays) requires a Sunscreen/Insect Repellent Distribution Form to be completed if you wish for the Y to apply it to your child. This is part of the YMCA Medication Distribution & Sunscreen Application form.
We recommend that your child bring spray sunscreen and repellent for personal use if you prefer they self-apply. Please mark your child's first and last name on the bottles.
