Are you looking to deepen your understanding and practice of yoga? We're excited to announce the next Y Flow Yoga Teacher Training! Through the Y Flow Yoga Teacher Training, participants will learn how to foster a deeper connection to the spirit, mind and body through the practice of yoga. This is a vinyasa-based yoga teacher training that will teach the building blocks to teaching a flow yoga class as well as the components of yin yoga and meditation.
All participants who complete and graduate the Y Flow Yoga Teacher Training will have the opportunity to register as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
More than a Teacher Training
This training is not limited to participants looking to become a yoga teacher. If you are interested in deepening your personal practice or learning how to apply the teachings of yoga to your everyday life this training is for you!

Y Flow Yoga Workforce Development Scholarship
We are excited to offer the Y Flow Yoga Workforce Development scholarship. This Scholarship provides a 50% award towards the registration cost of the program and is for self-identified BIPOC who are interested in becoming yoga teachers.
The YMCA of the Triangle acknowledges the immense under-representation of BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and People of Color) in the yoga space and are committed to doing more to change this.
Requirements for Application
• Self-identify as a person of color
• The ability to attend all of the scheduled training dates
• Be committed to teaching yoga after completing the training
• Complete the Scholarship/Training Application
