Boost! Personal Training is a quick, 30-minute session with one of our trainers that you can schedule in advance, or as soon as you walk in the door of the Poyner Y.
You can schedule single sessions or set up multiple sessions, all through the convenience of the MindBody app. And there's no commitment - try out Boost! Personal Training today.
Ready to Boost your workout? Getting started is easy. If you're a member and have already registered for access to our MindBody programs at the Poyner Y, you can sign up through the MindBody app. Open the app, Tap on "YMCA of the Triangle - Poyner," then tap on "Appointments" at the top of the screen. From there you can sign up.
If you haven't registered for access yet, you can get started in three easy steps:
- Fill out this form so we can get you access to our MindBody programs.
- Download the MindBody app.
- Schedule your first Boost! Personal Training session by following the instructions above.
