Paula Norris, a certified Functional Training Specialist and YMCA group fitness instructor, will provide a professional fitness assessment so you understand your current fitness, learn what areas need to be strengthened and which classes/exercises would be the most beneficial.
Assessments last 30 minutes, are done individually and can include any of the following: Posture Analysis, Waist to Hip Ratio, Functional Movement Screen, One Rep Max
April 9: 7:15 a.m. & 8 a.m.
April 13: 10:45 a.m., 11:30 a.m.,12:15 p.m., 1 p.m. & 1:45 p.m.
April 20: 10 a.m.,10:45 a.m., 11:45 a.m., 12:30 p.m. & 1:15 p.m.
On the SER YMCA Wellness Floor for members only, 18 yrs+
