The YMCA of the Triangle is dedicated to being an antiracist organization and to advancing racial equity and inclusion for all. The Y Guides program focuses on strengthening the father-child relationship through activities that allow fathers to spend quality one-on-one time with their children.
Team “For All” is a group of community leaders, volunteers and YMCA staff that are committed to understanding racial equity, exploring opportunities to strengthen the father-child relationship and making the Y Guides program more inclusive and accessible for all communities and cultures in our region. We will do this by listening and learning about the needs of those in the Triangle community, engaging in collaborative work and relationship-building with the communities we wish to more broadly serve, and establishing a culture of inclusion and belonging within the Y Guides program space.
