Youth Flag Football

The YMCA offers flag football for all kids ages 6 - 15. Depending on age and location, practices and game schedules may vary.

YMCA youth flag football is a non-contact sport and uses flag belts.

YMCA youth sports provide opportunities for camaraderie, building skills and character development. We aim to keep kids moving and focus on their health and well-being.

Teams

Teams are formed based on age. See below for ages and locations. Please refer to our age chart to determine your child's age group league.

Players

All players must have and wear a mouthguard and wear athletic bottoms with no pockets during play. Each player will receive a team jersey.
