Youth Baseball, Softball and Tee-ball

The YMCA offers baseball, softball and tee-ball. Depending on age and location, teams may be coach pitch, machine pitch or off the tee, and practices and game schedules may vary.

YMCA youth sports provide opportunities for camaraderie, building skills and character development. We aim to keep kids moving and focus on their health and well-being.

Teams

Teams are formed based on ages U5 - U13. See below for details and locations. Please refer to our age chart to determine your child's age group league.

Players

Players must have a glove to play. Each player receives a team jersey and hat.

Practice and Games

Upcoming season information will be posted later this year.

During the registration process, you will be asked about your practice night preference. As YMCA teams are coached by volunteers, specific practice nights are determined after teams form depend on coach availability.

Coaches

Youth baseball, tee-ball and softball teams are led by volunteer coaches. All volunteer coaches undergo a background check and training. Opportunities are available for coaches and assistant coaches at all locations.
