Kids and Family exercise classes allow families a time and a place to strengthen muscles while strengthening their relationships. Most classes are scheduled for weekend evenings and Saturdays. Children ages 6 and up are welcome to attend.
The Y also offers Zumba for Kids and Kids Yoga. Both have kid-friendly routines with music that will keep your child moving.
