The Y is committed to a better you. With hundreds of free group fitness classes offered every week at branch locations throughout the Triangle, there’s something for all fitness levels.
Get your heart pumping with cardio, find your calm with serene Yoga, get moving with beginner or intense cycle, and get stronger with strength training. And if you love dance, we have enough dance and Zumba to keep you happy.

Our Personal Trainers really care about getting you healthy and in the best shape possible. Our trainers and staff also lead our smaller group trainings like TRX, Women on Weights and race training clinics.
