Specialty Fitness Class Updates!
At the Y, we strive to provide the newest and most cutting-edge fitness classes for you. We understand that you're looking for new ways to push your boundaries.
That's why we regularly update our offerings! Visit our schedule on the MindBody app. Our latest additions include:
- Intro to TRX - 30-minute small group suspension training designed to work the entire body
- Mindful Meditation - a 20-minute break in your day to return to your breath and connect with the present moment. Mon., Wed., and Fri. 1:10 - 1:30 p.m.
- Release & Restore - A warm yoga class emphasizing long held non-muscular postures to get deep into stretching. Tuesdays, 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
- Power Sculpt - A fusion of hot yoga and sculpt class combining elements of Vinyasa yoga with elements of a sculpt and cardio class. Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.
We'll be adding a 7 a.m. Hot Yoga/Sculpt class on Mondays & Fridays. We are also planning a special holiday rate beginning November 24! Stay tuned!
