WELCOME OUR NEWEST TRAINER! 


The Poyner Y welcomes Zack McGee as our new
personal trainer! 

Our personal trainers are educated professionals
who look forward to helping our members achieve
their goals through one-on-one attention. 

Zack is a personal trainer certified through the National Council on Strength and
Fitness. He is also working towards earning his Sports Nutrition and Strength
Training Coach certification. He believes strongly that a workout does not have to
be a chore and he strives to find ways to make the experience as fun as possible. 

We're excited to have Zack join our team!
