New Group Fitness Options!
New group fitness options just for you!
Group fitness is the perfect place to meet new friends and stay motivated. We're excited to offer
new options to our group fitness classes at the Poole Family Y! If you're ready to try
something new, we've got you covered.
We've added three new classes, along with options for youth & teens:
• Half Time: Mondays from 8:20 - 9:15 a.m. or Fridays 10:30 - 11:25 a.m.
• Chair Yoga: Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m. - 12:25 p.m.
• Chair Strength: Thursdays from 12:00 - 12:45 p.m.
Youth & teen fitness
• Kids on the Move: Tuesdays from 4:30 - 5:15 p.m.
• Strength & Conditioning (for teens): Thursdays from 4:00-5:00 p.m.
