New Group Fitness Options!
New group fitness options just for you!
Group fitness is the perfect place to meet new friends and stay motivated. We're excited to offer
new options to our group fitness classes at the Poole Family Y! If you're ready to try
something new, we've got you covered.
We've added 3 new classes, along with two more starting in Feb:
• Strength & Conditioning: Thursdays from 4:00 - 4:55 p.m.
• Half Time: Mondays from 8:20 - 9:15 a.m. or Fridays 10:30 - 11:25 a.m.
• Chair Yoga: Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m. - 12:25 p.m.
Starting in February:
• Kids on the Move: 4:00 - 4:45 p.m.
• Chair Strength: 12:00 - 12:45 p.m.
