Synergy 360 HIIT is an intermediate-advanced high intensity training format, programmed and facilitated by a personal trainer. This class incorporates non-traditional resistance training equipment such as battle ropes, landmine, pulleys, kettle bells and more for a full cardio-strength. This class is open to members and non-members. Must have intermediate - advanced fitness level
