Have you ever wondered what it's like to experience a triathlon, but aren't ready to try one yet? We've got the perfect experience for you!
Try our Swim, Bike, Run class! This two-hour group fitness class will encompass all three activities from traditional triathlons. You'll take part in a 5-10 minute swim in our outdoor pool, then take part in a 45-minute cycle class in our covered, outdoor space. After that, you will take part in a 4-5K run/jog on the Southeast Raleigh Greenway, which is adjacent to the Y.
The class is scheduled for Saturday, October 16, 10 a.m. - noon. It's limited to the first 16 participants, and you must be at least 16 years of age to participate. Reserve your spot in this class on the YMCA mobile app or on our schedules web page, beginning 2 weeks prior to the event.
