Have you ever wondered what it's like to experience a triathlon, but aren't ready to try one yet? We've got the perfect experience for you! On Saturday, June 12, join us for Swim, Bike, Run! This two-hour group fitness class will encompass all three activities from traditional triathlons.
You'll take part in a 5-10 minute swim in our outdoor pool, then take part in a 45-minute cycle class in our covered, outdoor space. After that, you will take part in a run on the Southeast Raleigh Greenway, which is adjacent to the Y.
