Do you know what happens when your body is working at 6 MET’s (Metabolic Equivalent) and higher? This represents the intensity level your body needs to work VIGOROUSLY. We aren’t cutting corners here! This program is structured to functionally form your body in all areas of fitness. We focus on speed, strength, power, coordination, and stability to its CORE.
