We have workouts scaled and customized to your fitness levels and goals, facilitated by experienced personal trainers and group exercise instructors.

- Tue. 9:30 a.m. - Godwin Gains (30-min., Heather G., RB Court, beginning Jan. 3)
- Thu. 9:30 a.m. - Godwin Gains (30-min., Heather G., RB Court, beginning Jan. 5)
- Fri. 10:15 a.m. - Blatz Burner (60-min. 2 punches, Amy B., Cycle Studio, beginning Jan. 20)
Members can purchase a $60 punch card for ten 30-min. sessions. Class sessions are reserved in our online schedule, accessible online or through the Y’s mobile app. Sessions will open one week prior to class and must have a minimum of four participants to run. Trainers will contact participants in the event of a cancellation.
