We're Raising the Bar!
Members are welcome to participate in our Push-Pull Preliminary Competition. This competition gives members an opportunity to establish their bench press and deadlift max. Each contestant will be given 3 attempts to lift as much weight as possible for one repetition on the bench press and the deadlift (both must be done to compete).

Monday, March 25, 4-8 p.m.
Tuesday, March 26, 6-9 a.m.
Wednesday, March 27, 6-9 a.m.
Thursday, March 28, 4-8 p.m.
Alexander Family Y Wellness Floor
Free for members (non-members are ineligible)

The top 3 lifters in each age/weight category will be recognized. Winners of each weight category will be invited to the YMCA Association Push-Pull Challenge on Thursday, May 16 (time TBD) at the Alexander Family YMCA. Athletic sneakers must be worn. Barefeet are prohibited. No special bench press suits are allowed.
