"I HAVE A DREAM" - CULTURAL STORYTELLING EXPERIENCE

Sun., Jan. 20 from 5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m.
Great things happen when stories are being told; discoveries are made, commonalities are realized, reflections are had and bonds are formed.  In the spirit of unity and diversity, this "I HAVE A DREAM" Story Night is a chance for the community to share stories of different cultures, stories from foreign lands, and stories about what different cultural experiences actually unite us.  Join host Brandon Wright of Bull City Laughs Tours, produced by Steve Daugherty (the official host of Story Night at Crosspointe Church) for an evening of storytelling, listening and cultural enlightenment.

financial literacy workshop

Mon., Jan. 21
Resources and education for all. Join us for this time full of resources for financial planning, retirement planning, saving, investing and more.

FRIENDSHIP SOUP JARS

Mon., Jan. 21 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
For many families in our community, hunger is an ever-present issue. You can feed a family by helping us create Friendship Soup Jars for Dorcas Ministries. Experience the joy of sharing your abundance with others in need. Our goal is 200 jars. Donate items and/or join us for assembly.

birthday boxes

Mon., Jan. 21
Often, the same families who face hunger insecurity also lack the resources to give their children a birthday party. Put a smile on a child's face by donating supplies such as cake mix and party decorations. Our youth department will then pack the items into wrapped boxes to be distributed by our friends at Dorcas Ministries.
