The Kerr Family YMCA is offering a 12-week Weight Loss Program beginning April, 2019! These one-hour classroom-based group discussions will be offered once per week for 12 weeks and will focus on: weekly goal setting, food/activity tracking, an introduction to physical activity offerings at the Y, and weekly weigh-ins. Let us support and assist you on your weight-loss journey starting with small, modest improvements in healthy behaviors with a goal of making lasting changes and replacing negative habits with positive ones!
